Flight of The Gypsy Bird

    If you've been around me during worship and/or intercession for more than 2 minutes, then you have prolly heard one of these in what I call 'desperate voice':   "OH! I am DESTROYED by Your love, Papa!!"   or   "Come and DESTROY us with Your love, Jesus!!"   It's actually quite comical when someone doesn't know what's going on...ie, the bus driver...   yeahhhhhh.....funny story, lol.   Anywho.   Funny thing about the word 'destroy'?    It's not such a black and white word, like one would think.   I was reading in Deuteronomy the other day and Moses was recapping all that the House of Israel had been thru from the time their journey began.   Why?   I have 2 opinions on it.   #1 - To remind them of the faithfulness of God   #2  - This generation were babies or young children when all the craziness with their folks went down the FIRS...

Welp. I just looked at the date of my last blog. October 26th. The date I started the blog I posted a little earlier? October 27th. So much has happened since then... Here the short version: Shane had a severe reaction to a myelogram. Had to be hospitalized. Got lost in the system for three days until I threw a HOLY fit. Had surgery. Came home. All kids had HORRIBLE virus. It was hard for me for a bit, being the only healthy parent and caring for a hubster in intense pain and four very sick littles, plus all the craziness of NORMAL life, lol. BUT! Abba Father was EVER so close to us and SO beautiful...and the hearts and sacrifice of the amazing peeps in our 'house' blessed us immensely. Doc wouldn't allow him to return to work when he planned. Abba blessed. Started a new business for me :). Still couldn't return to work. Went on unpaid medical leave. Was told that he was now no longer guaranteed his returning position at his place of employment becau...

Every Tuesday, the leadership at VOICE to the nation gathers to pray and intercede for our city, its officials, our country and officials, this generation, our own leadership, and a host of other things that will rock this land. During prayer last week (yes, it has taken me a WEEK to get this blog done...), I was in the midst of praying for God to manifest His glory and to release miracles thru His ppl...mainly this generation...praying in english and in my spirit language and I kept repeating "Huhbuckuh.." over and over and over...I was kind of confused. #1) My prayer language is not normally super repetitive. #2) Usually when it DOES repeat(for me)He's telling me something or drawing me into something. This was weird tho...bc I could ALMOST understand what was being said...It was vague...like I had heard it before... "hubuckuh...huh..back..up..?" Then it clicked, haha. "OH! Ha.BAK.kuk! You want me to go to Habakkuk, haha! Ok. Here I go....

I've been trying to write this blog for 3,4,5,6...7 days now...Anybody want a pair of youngsters who are into everything at the top of their lungs and DEMAND attention???..ummm...maybe I should rephrase that...Anyone want a precious pair of youngsters who are joyful and love quality time?? God showed me something last night in Youth...    I saw Moses and the elders around the mountain.     Moses went up but God said the elders were to stay behind.   Then Pastor Keith started talking about Moses and Joshua going up the mountain into the the cloud and I kept hearing, "They are the ones...they are the ones...they are the ones..." over and over...   I felt like a babbling idiot because all I co uld seem to say was, "You are the ones...If not you, then where will we be...we need you...we need your anointings...you are the ones...you are the ones"   I had this overwhelming urgency that they(this younger generation) must ascend...they must ascend...they MUST ascend...   Then as PK was speaking, I heard the Uncreated One say, "They will go father than you will ever go."   I was so excited!! Then, quite honestly, so disappointed and kinda hurt because...well...I'm selfish with Him. ...

Ex 6: 2-3   2 "God also said to Moses, 'I am the Lord. 3 I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD, I did not make myself known to them..." Ex 15:1 - 18 1 Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the LORD : "I will sing to the LORD , for he is highly exalted. The horse and its rider he has hurled into the sea. 2 The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God and I will exalt him. 3 The LORD is a warrior; the LORD is his name..."   etc... Here's where I find the humor: God tells Moses that he has never revealed himself as "The Lord" to anyone before Moses...So its a 'new' way of relating to God...a new name... He(God) delivers his people from slavery and they sing this song..(Ex15:1-18)...a new song of praise relating to a newly revealed identity of God... THE VERY FIRST CONTEMPORARY  WORSHIP SONG...
