I've been a little off lately.           A little quiet.                  A little snappy at times.                        A lot thoughtful and reflective.                                A little...hermit-ish. Noise gets on my nerves...which makes navigating my day with 6 kids an adventure. O_O I just want to be left alone these days.   Crazy, huh? To love people so much and yet just want to be away from people... In the stillness.        In the quiet.              Alone with Him.                       In our garden...just the two of us. Complexity frustrates me, when it used to not bother me one iota, and I find myself asking...

Well, Well, Tattle-Tale...

Here's the deal.  I'm a chicken. A great big colossal chicken.  And Papa knows it.  Mainly, because He's, well, GOD... but also because I have told Him MANY times how hard of a time I've been having with teaching the series on healing that we are doing with our students this month. I've only shared that with a VERY few trusted ppl who I know will cover and pray for me.  Every second and 4th Tuesday nights I attend a ladies home group that is...well...no words can describe the levels of glory that we experience there. This past week me, a friend, one of our students, and one of our youth sponsors got there late. As we walked in, we walked right slam into the presence of the King. One of our sisters was dancing in the middle of the circle of women in Mrs. Beverly's living room,  and we didn't need to ask why. It became increasingly evident that Papa God was talking to His daughters that night.  We slipped in as quietl...

So I had a moment.  I recently attended a school of healing ministry and during a moment when I probably should've been paying closer attention, I was off in my little happy place just...soaking... in the tangible Presence.  In a ballroom filled with almost 1000 perfectly good, relatively comfy chairs, I had found myself a nice, secluded, little corner and had parked my hind parts unceremoniously on the floor.  If I could've disappeared completely, I would have.  Bridget (my fellow sojourner in this particular education in the areas of effective flakiness), later laughed and said that she looked over during worship and noticed that she couldn't see me anymore...and then I just appeared from behind the heavy wall curtain that the hotel staff had pushed back into my corner.  Haha. Yep.  I love people...like I LOVEEEEE people.... But I don't like people.  Don't like crowds. Don't like to socialize.  Makes me n...

If you've been around me during worship and/or intercession for more than 2 minutes, then you have prolly heard one of these in what I call 'desperate voice':   "OH! I am DESTROYED by Your love, Papa!!"   or   "Come and DESTROY us with Your love, Jesus!!"   It's actually quite comical when someone doesn't know what's going on...ie, the bus driver...   yeahhhhhh.....funny story, lol.   Anywho.   Funny thing about the word 'destroy'?    It's not such a black and white word, like one would think.   I was reading in Deuteronomy the other day and Moses was recapping all that the House of Israel had been thru from the time their journey began.   Why?   I have 2 opinions on it.   #1 - To remind them of the faithfulness of God   #2  - This generation were babies or young children when all the craziness with their folks went down the FIRS...
