The Joyful One

This is Maddie Rose.

This little girl....

Before she was even thought about, Tucker told me,

"We have a sister and she will be joy."

He was 3 at the time.

And now, here she is.

Every where she goes, no matter who she comes into contact with

They get doused with the love and joy of Jesus Christ.

Her sweetness is contagious

(Her brothers and sister EMPHATICALLY disagree, lol..but that's different. They're siblings)

She holds tightly and loves deeply...

Sometimes TOO much for her little sister's liking, haha.

She is a Levite.

Just like her momma.

But her anointing is stronger and sweeter than mine.

I love that.

She's an "Old Soul"...Haha.

She's an intercessor...And a powerful one.

She crochets.
Her prayer shawls are all over her school.
People seek her out when they need a prayer covering.
This makes my heart explode with love.

When she was smaller, she led all her Barbies to Jesus.

And through her valiant efforts, all have been filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost

(which is hilarious, btw...)

FYI: Its near impossible to keep a straight face when Barbie is 'lost in the spirit'.
When she was little, many were the time that I walked past her room and hear them worshiping
If you've never experienced Barbie throw down in worship,
It pretty epic...
But now-a-days, I walk past her room to hear her singing what ever crosses her heart or her mind and giggling about full emoji texts between her and her bestie...She's growing up, and I'm not sure I'm ok with it.  

She's a psalmist.

Her songs are precious and real.

More real than any of this cookie-cutter crap on the radio.

We could all take some lessons from this one

on how to love...

how to worship...

how to have joy.
